Computerised Dispatch
All our vehicles are connected to our computer controlled data dispatch system, which gives you the customer, a faster, more reliable service, with the added security of your address details not being broadcast for all to hear.

Car Safety
We are regulated by Ipswich Borough Council, and they ensure that all of our vehicles are maintained to a very high standard. They test them every 12 months for road worthiness. Documentation associated with the vehicle is also checked so that you can rest assured that they are properly taxed, MoT'd and insured.

Mobile Phones
Most of our drivers have mobile phones for your convenience and to ensure that we can keep in touch with them. A small charge for the use of these will be made at the time, or may be charged to an account, if you have that facility.

Smoking Policy
Our vehicles are generally NON SMOKING. If you would like a vehicle that permits smoking please let us know at the time of booking. We will endeavour to meet this request although this facility cannot be guaranteed.

Business Accounts
We deal with many different forms of businesses. Including Hospitals, Banks and Solicitors, we have found that the one thing that they have in common is that they find it easier to pay for their taxis monthly, rather than have to find the money out of petty cash. We have computerised account facilities, which itemises every job completed with time and date details, so that you can keep an eye on your companies use of taxis. Invoices are sent out at the end of each month for payment, which can be made by cheque or BACS. Please call for further details. A business account is subject to status and suitable credit references.

Credit Cards
All types of credit or debit cards including Cab Charge are acceptable as a means of paying for your taxi. When you book your car, just inform the telephonist that you wish to pay by card, and your details will be taken. We just ask that you then show your card to the driver for validation.
